Get Set ABA in the Baltimore County area seeks an experienced BCBA to lead assessment-driven ABA programs for children with autism. You will supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and educators to drive meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven behavior plans, compliance with BACB standards, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience developing ABA programs and supervising RBTs.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and support their ongoing development.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain all documentation, data collection, and ethical compliance per BACB and payer standards.
• Attend team meetings and support onboarding of new RBTs or BCBAs as needed.
• Participate in and initiate outreach opportunities.
