You will supervise up to 5 RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills for in-clinic work.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans in collaboration with Clinical Directors.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
