Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Maryland seeks a BCBA to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism in clinic settings. You will supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs, manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, and conduct assessments to write and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Clinical Directors.

This role offers a competitive base salary ($85,000–$100,000), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, a $500 CEU stipend, ongoing free CEU

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills and clinic-based work.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: Up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
