Helping Hands Family is seeking a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in MD clinics. The role involves managing a caseload of up to 10 clients and supervising up to 5 RBTs, with ongoing collaboration with Clinical Directors and regional leaders.

You will conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and track progress while ensuring ethical documentation in line with BACB and state guidelines. Relocation assistance and substantial benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Ability to see clients in Glen Burnie and Columbia, MD clinics.
• State licensure where required by jurisdiction.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload of up to 10 clients and 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
