Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism in a clinic setting. You will manage a caseload, supervise up to five RBTs, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure best practices and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• State licensure where required
• ABA experience in clinical settings
• RBT background is a plus for new BCBAs
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a clinic setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
• Maintain a manageable caseload (up to 10 clients) and complete 28 billable hours per 40-hour week
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Perform assessments, write treatment plans, monitor progress
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality to uphold best practices
• Ensure ethical documentation and regulatory compliance
