Job summary

Helping Hands Family, a leading ABA provider in the Northeast, seeks a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services in our clinics. You will supervise up to five RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–18, with most under 6.

Strong collaboration with Clinical Directors and QI leaders is expected. This role offers mentorship, ongoing clinical support, relocation assistance, and a clear clinical career ladder.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background is a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a clinic-based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: Part-time hours.
• Work with children ages 2-18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and other BCBAs to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
