Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA services in our clinics. You will supervise up to 5 RBTs, manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, and collaborate with Clinical Directors to ensure clinical excellence and ethical practice.

Applicants must hold BACB-verified BCBA certification and state licensure where required. We offer a competitive base salary between $85,000 and $95,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
