Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism. You will manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, supervise up to 5 RBTs, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, writing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring ethical documentation in line with BACB and state guidelines. Relocation assistance and strong benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• State licensure where applicable
• ABA experience; RBT background helpful for new BCBAs

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism
• Manage caseload up to 10 clients and 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments and write treatment plans
• Collaborate with Directors to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB/state guidelines
