Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA services for children with autism in a clinic setting. You’ll manage up to 10 clients, supervise up to 5 RBTs, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans while ensuring BACB/compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB and state licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills and clinic-based work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload of up to 10 clients with up to 28 billable hours per week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs and collaborate with clinical leadership.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Maintain compliant documentation per BACB and state guidelines.
