Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Pennsylvania is seeking a BCBA to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children with autism in a clinic setting. You will supervise and mentor RBTs and collaborate with Clinical Directors to ensure outcomes.

The role supports a caseload of up to 10 clients, conducts assessments, writes treatment plans, and follows BACB/state guidelines. Competitive benefits include a $20k bonus potential, relocation assistance, CEU stipend, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus).
• Strong communication and clinic-based teamwork.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: Up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2-18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
