Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise and manage center and home-based intervention programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will ensure quality treatment, coordinate treatment teams, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with parents and other stakeholders, with a focus on developmentally appropriate outcomes and compliant care across state and insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a state-licensed behavior analyst.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism in home and/or clinic settings.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff and coordinate treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to maintain high-quality treatment.
