Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will ensure quality care, guide treatment intensity, and collaborate with families and teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will also train staff, oversee reports and insurance processes, and ensure compliance with state and funding guidelines while contributing to a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed behavior analyst with state requirements.
• At least one year of experience delivering ABA services to children with autism in home and/or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and transitions with families and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on quality measures.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high quality services.
• Supervise others to develop independent clinical skills and meet certification requirements.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks, including reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
