Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision) through BACB.
• 3–5 years of experience with ASD or related diagnoses.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification and required TB test/PPD or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Analyze behaviors to identify function and develop interventions.
• Monitor client progress using data-driven decisions.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and supervision to staff.
• Collaborate with families, interdisciplinary teams, and external providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and company standards.
• Support crisis intervention and behavioral strategies when needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning, as applicable.
