A Bright Future, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

This onsite, contracted role offers meaningful clinical leadership and collaboration with care teams. You will supervise RBTs and staff, conduct assessments, monitor progress with data-driven decisions, and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related diagnoses.
• Active BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision) through BACB.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification; TB test/PPD or Chest X-Ray as required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Analyze behaviors to identify function and develop effective interventions
• Monitor client progress using data-driven decision-making
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and supervision to staff
• Collaborate with families, interdisciplinary teams, and external providers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and company standards
• Support crisis intervention and behavioral strategies when needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning (as applicable)
