Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, affiliated with BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based ABA interventions. You will partner with individuals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote progress and independence.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive ASD assessments, developing BIPs, tracking data, and guiding caregivers.

Qualifications

Must hold BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Experience implementing ABA programming.
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative attitude with a passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessments.
Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to client needs.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic and daily living skills.
Reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive changes.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
Maintain records and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
Educate and support parents and caregivers in ASD strategies at home.
Work with speech and occupational therapists and educators for cohesive treatment.
Supervise and mentor RBTs and provide staff training and feedback.
Engage with community resources to enhance social integration.
