Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. We offer full-time, part-time, hybrid, and virtual opportunities designed to provide balance and clinical excellence while delivering high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The role focuses on conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, collaborating with families, and ensuring ethical, evidence-based care

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and active.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure prior to service.
• Experience with children diagnosed with ASD in ABA setting.
• Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA services.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment recommendations as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policies.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Monitor client progress and ensure high-quality service delivery.
