Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, social work, or special education.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with developmental disabilities and behavior modification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide behavior management programs for youth in residential care.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop Behavioral Support Plans.
• Train staff, monitor plans, and ensure accurate documentation.
