Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services seeks a BCBA to plan and deliver behavior management programs for youth in a residential setting in Burlington County, NJ. The role includes developing Functional Behavioral Assessments, implementing behavioral plans, and coordinating with staff, families, and administrators.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education, BCBA certification, and at least three years of experience in behavior

Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 SalaryIn conjunction with the Behaviorist Supervisor, the BCBA plans and provides behavior management programs for youth enrolled in the residential program. Provides related services to administrators, staff, parents, and the community as appropriate. Actively participates in the development and implementation of policies relative to the management of problematic behaviors. Identifies target behavior, conducts the Functional Behavioral Assessment as well as the plan development. Obtains all approvals and consents for the behavior plan. Monitors all plans, supervises all documentation, and is responsible for all training of staff involved in behavior plans.

Position is full time with a flexible work schedule and includes the following:

Education/Experience:

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education and BCBA certification. Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities involving behavior modifications. Prior experience developing, analyzing and implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavioral Support Plans along with the data that supports the plan.
