Job summary

Community Access Unlimited, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a BCBA-qualified professional to help develop and enhance the Behavioral Department. You will design individualized curricula based on data, and apply evidence-based methodologies to manage behavior.

The role requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification; responsibilities include monitoring assessments, ensuring compliance, collaborating with BCBA teams, and supporting audits. Regular hours Monday to Friday with benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field with BCBA certification.
• Experience applying evidence-based behavioral management practices.
• Ability to monitor data, analyze assessments, and support program changes.

Responsibilities

• Follow CAU’s Evidence Based Standards for Behavioral Management.
• Monitor and analyze behavioral data and assessments.
• Collaborate with BCBAs under supervision on cases.
• Ensure compliance with background checks and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with onboarding and audits/accreditations.
