Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan and provide behavior management programs for youth in our residential program in Burlington County, NJ. You will collaborate with the Behaviorist Supervisor and support staff and implement Functional Behavior Assessments.

You will monitor plans, supervise documentation, obtain approvals, and train staff involved in behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• Three years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior modification.
• Experience developing, analyzing and implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavioral Support Plans with supporting data.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide behavior management programs for youth in the residential program.
• Provide related services to administrators, staff, parents, and the community as appropriate.
• Monitor plans, supervise documentation, and train staff involved in behavior plans.
