Job summary

Step Up Family Services LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) for Paterson, NJ. The role involves clinical leadership, assessments, BSPs, data analysis, and supervision of BTs/RBTs across in-home, center-based, and other settings.

The position requires independent clinical decision-making, adherence to BACB ethics, NJ licensure, and collaboration with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in ABA or a related field.
• BCBA certification and NJ licensure required or eligible.
• Experience with FBAs, BSPs, data analysis, and intervention modification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and FBAs to identify priorities.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment and BSPs.
• Analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide supervision and direction to BTs/RBTs.
• Partner with families through education and ongoing communication.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure compliant, coordinated care.
• Manage caseloads, service hours, and documentation with accuracy.
