Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services Group is seeking a BCBA to lead behavior management programs for youth in our residential program. The role includes developing and implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavioral Support Plans, with data-driven progress monitoring.

You will train staff, prepare documentation, and work with families, staff, and administrators to ensure compliant, effective behavior support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, social work, or special education is required.
• ,

Responsibilities

• Plans and provides behavior management programs for youth in residential care.
• Monitors all plans and supervises documentation, training staff on behavior plans.
• Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments and develops Behavioral Support Plans with supporting data.
• Obtains approvals and consents for behavior plans and communicates with administrators, staff, parents, and community as appropriate.
