Job summary

Bancroft is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our ABA Center of Excellence in Camden County, NJ. The BCBA will supervise ABA Specialists and direct assessment and treatment of challenging behavior within residential and day program services for adults.

The role requires BCBA certification, NJ licensure, and a Master’s degree in ABA, with at least two years of related experience. In-person, Monday–Friday daytime hours, full-time with benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field with minimum two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• BCBA certification required. New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis is required.
• Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred. Prior management experience is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plans.
• Leads the development and implementation of behavior plans, including functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments and treatment evaluations.
• Engages in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
• Identifies training needs and conducts trainings to ensure knowledge and ability to implement behavior plans.
• Conducts/oversees team screening admissions and intake assessments; oversees admission, transition, and discharge processes.
• Coordinates and leads clinical case review meetings to ensure data review and discussion of client needs.
• Serves as a behavior analysis expert to the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Conducts and presents research to internal and external audiences.
• Serves as a clinical supervisor, implementing ABA and training/supervising Behavior Support Specialists.
