Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan and provide behavior management programs for youth in our residential program in Burlington County, NJ. You will collaborate with the Behaviorist Supervisor and support staff and implement Functional Behavior Assessments.

You will monitor plans, supervise documentation, obtain approvals, and train staff involved in behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• Three years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior modification.
• Experience developing, analyzing and implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavioral Support Plans with supporting data.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 Salary

In conjunction with the Behaviorist Supervisor, the BCBA plans and provides behavior management programs for youth enrolled in the residential program. Provides related services to administrators, staff, parents, and the community as appropriate. Actively participates in the development and implementation of policies relative to the management of problematic behaviors. Identifies target behavior, conducts the Functional Behavioral Assessment as well as the plan development. Obtains all approvals and consents for the behavior plan. Monitors all plans, supervises all documentation, and is responsible for all training of staff involved in behavior plans.

Position is full time with a flexible work schedule and includes the following:

Education/Experience

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education and BCBA certification. Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities involving behavior modifications. Prior experience developing, analyzing and implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavioral Support Plans along with the data that supports the plan.
