ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Horsham, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for children and families. You will oversee RBTs, conduct assessments, and ensure high-quality care through data-driven practices.

This full-time role offers a relocation package up to $10K, a salary range of $100,000–$120,000, and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification is required/preferred as stated.
• Strong data analysis and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to intervention needs (e.g., preference/functional assessments).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
