Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Horsham, PA to design and oversee ABA programs for children and families. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a relocation package up to $10K, with a focus on quality care and measurable outcomes.

You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct functional and preference assessments, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification, required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date if required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
