ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Horsham, PA to design and supervise ABA programs for children and families. You will lead RBTs, conduct assessments, and ensure high-quality care within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
