ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Philadelphia, PA, for a full-time role with a base salary of $100,000–$120,000. A relocation package up to $10,000 is offered to qualified candidates.

You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs, and conduct assessments to determine intervention needs. Health benefits and growth opportunities accompany tenure and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification, required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screening and driving record.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA duties.
