Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Horsham, PA for a full-time role. A relocation package up to $10K is available to support joining our growing team.

In this role you design and oversee ABA programs, conduct assessments, and supervise RBTs and caregivers to ensure high-quality care for children and families. You will contribute to data-driven practice and ongoing professional development within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• State licensure process initiated prior to start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
