Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for children and families in Horsham, PA. You will lead skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and perform comprehensive assessments to guide interventions.

Eligible candidates have a Master's degree and an active BCBA certification, with the ability to initiate licensure steps as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain a clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
