Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- Active BCBA certification required.
- Experience supervising RBTs and caregivers.
- Ability to initiate state licensure before start date.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs.
- Oversee program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments (preference, functional, staff).
- Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
- Other typical BCBA activities.
