Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Horsham, PA team. This full-time role offers a relocation package up to $10,000 and a salary range of $100,000–$120,000 per year.

You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, design and monitor ABA programs, and perform assessments to guide interventions. Join a growing provider focused on outcomes for individuals with autism and families, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process before start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background/drug screenings and driving record checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
