Base salary ranges $100,000–$120,000 annually for full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement in clinical leadership and specialized paths.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs.
• supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
