ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Lancaster, PA is seeking a full-time BCBA to design, supervise, and optimize behavior-analytic programs for children and families. You’ll lead RBTs and caregivers, perform functional and preference assessments, and supervise colleagues pursuing BCBA certification.

The position offers a competitive base salary of $100,000–$120,000 plus a relocation package up to $10,000 and student loan forgiveness up to $24,000, with extensive benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background/drug screenings and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments to determine need for behavioral intervention.
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Perform other typical BCBA duties.
