Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming and supervise our team of RBTs. The role spans center-based and community settings, overseeing behavior intervention plans and progress monitoring to deliver effective ABA services for children aged 18 months to 12 years.

As part of a collaborative team, you will work with BCaBAs and BCBAs, provide caregiver training, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery under BCBA leadership.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with children with varying abilities.
• Experience in verbal behavior programming.
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA.
• Experience in managing/supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming to children between 18 months – 12 years of age.
• Conduct assessments specific to the needs of clients.
• Develop ABA programming to client’s needs.
• Practice excellent time management of service deliverables.
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Provide training to caregivers.
• Provide in-home or community-based wrap around services to center-based clients as needed.
