Job summary

TEEMA seeks a Behavior Analyst to lead ABA treatment plan development and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers. The role includes in-person or telehealth supervision, program updates, and ensuring delivery efficiency.

Master’s in Psychology or related field with BCBA/LPA licensure and 2+ years of experience are required. The position involves diverse settings and travel per program needs, with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• BCBA certification through BACB or LPA licensure through Psychology Board.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Conduct regular supervision of patients via in-person or telehealth sessions.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and the ABA team for consistency.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed per treatment plans.
• Liaise between Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Complete six-month authorization reports and other required documentation.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates in team meetings.
• Create progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments with Assistant Director support.
• Attend patient IEP/placement meetings and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain accurate administrative tracking and HIPAA compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
