Job summary

TEEMA seeks a qualified Behavior Analyst to lead and supervise ABA treatment teams across multiple settings. You will develop and monitor individualized plans, train technicians and caregivers, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires certified BCBA or licensed equivalent, a master's degree in psychology or related field, and at least two years of experience in behavior analysis. Travel between sites and telehealth supervision may be part of duties.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology or related field required.
  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB or LPA licensure required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular supervision of patients via in-person sessions or telehealth.
  • Communicate program updates to caregivers and the ABA team for consistency.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
  • Act as liaison between technicians, caregivers, and other providers.
  • Complete six-month authorization reports and other required documentation.
  • Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates in team meetings.
  • Create progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments with support from leadership.
  • Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy adherence.
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant administrative tracking documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
