Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans for patients. You will lead and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure effective therapy and progress.

Responsibilities include training, supervising, reporting, and communicating with the ABA team. This role requires BCBA certification and a Master’s degree, with travel between sites as needed and relocation/bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• BCBA certification or LPA licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train technicians, families, and caregivers on plan implementation.
• Supervise patients in-person or via telehealth as appropriate.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and reports.
