Job summary

TEEMA is hiring a Behavior Analyst to lead and supervise ABA treatment for patients. You will develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, train caregivers, and provide direct ABA therapy as needed across homes and centers.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology, BCBA certification, and at least 2 years of related experience; LICENCE requirements include HIPAA compliance and data-driven care. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to stakeholders.
• Ability to observe, document, and assess behavior accurately.
• Identify safety concerns or behavioral issues proactively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
• Proficient in data entry and maintaining patient records.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train technicians, families, and caregivers on plans.
• Supervise patients via in-person or telehealth sessions.
• Communicate updates to caregivers and team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Liaise between technicians, caregivers, and service providers.
• Prepare six-month authorization reports and documentation.
• Track weekly progress and present updates in meetings.
• Create reports and IEP goals with support.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy fidelity.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant administrative records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
