Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• BCBA certification or LPA licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of related field experience.
• Proficient in data collection and patient records handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on plan implementation.
• Conduct regular supervision of patients via in-person or telehealth sessions.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and ABA team for consistency.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed according to treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant administrative records and reports.
