Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a licensed Behavior Analyst to oversee ABA treatment plans and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers. You will develop and monitor individualized plans, train families, and ensure high-quality therapy across home, center, and telehealth settings.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology or related field, BCBA certification or LPA licensure, and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field required.
• BCBA certification or LPA licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Ability to supervise, train, and coordinate with technicians and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on plans and implementations.
• Supervise patients in caseload via in-person or telehealth sessions.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and the ABA team for consistency.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed per treatment plan.
• Coordinate with Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Complete reports including progress, IEP goals, and assessments with oversight.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates in team meetings.
