Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead and supervise ABA treatment delivery. You will develop and oversee individualized plans, train staff and caregivers, and monitor progress across a caseload in various settings.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field, BCBA certification, and at least two years of experience. You will work across homes and centers, with reporting duties and HIPAA compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field required.
• BCBA certification or LPA licensure must be current.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train technicians, family members, and caregivers.
• Supervise patients via in-person sessions or telehealth.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Coordinate with technicians, caregivers, and other providers.
• Prepare six-month authorization reports and related documentation.
• Track weekly progress and present updates in team meetings.
• Create progress reports and IEP/assessment goals with support.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant administrative records.
• Other duties as assigned.
