Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to create and oversee ABA treatment plans in Tooele, UT. You will lead a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers, ensuring high-quality patient progress and program fidelity.

The role requires a Master’s in Psychology, BCBA certification or LPA licensure, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience. You will supervise sessions, train families, coordinate with providers, and document outcomes. Bilingual Spanish is a valuable premium.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Psychology or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification or LPA licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Supervise patients in-person or via telehealth as advised.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and the ABA team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Liaise between technicians, caregivers, and other providers.
• Complete six-month authorization reports and documentation.
• Monitor weekly progress and present updates at team meetings.
• Create progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments with support.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant administrative records.
• Other duties as assigned.
