Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Utah to lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for patients, supervising Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure effective therapy and ongoing progress.

You will train staff, conduct regular supervision, and document progress reports while collaborating with families and other providers to maintain consistency of care. Travel to multiple sites is required as needed.

• Strong verbal and written communication to all stakeholders.
• Ability to observe, document, and assess patient behavior accurately.
• Proactive in addressing potential safety concerns or behavioral issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with collaborative approach.
• Ability to handle challenging behaviors in a supportive environment.
• Proficient data entry and maintenance of patient records.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on treatment plans.
• Conduct regular supervision of patients via in-person sessions or telehealth.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and the ABA team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Act as liaison between Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and other providers.
• Complete six-month authorization reports and other documentation.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates in team meetings.
• Create progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments with support from leadership.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant administrative tracking documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
