Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for patients in the Orem, Utah area. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and caregivers, ensuring accurate implementation of plans and ongoing patient progress.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, providing direct therapy, training staff, and coordinating with families and providers while ensuring HIPAA compliance. A BCBA credential and Master’s degree are required with prior field experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology required.
• BCBA certification (or equivalent LPA licensure) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Technicians, family members, and caregivers on plans.
• Supervise patients via in-person or telehealth as needed.
• Communicate updates to caregivers and ABA team for consistency.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as required by plans.
• Liaise between Technicians, caregivers, and other providers.
• Complete six-month authorization reports and documentation.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and report at meetings.
• Create progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments with director support.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant administrative records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
