Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Behavior Analyst to lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for patients in various environments in Utah. The role involves supervising Behavior Technicians and caregivers, maintaining progress and documentation, and collaborating with the ABA team to ensure treatment fidelity.

The position requires a Master’s in Psychology, BCBA certification or LPA licensure, and at least 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification or LPA licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Strong, clear communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data entry and patient records.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians, families, and caregivers.
• Supervise patients in person or via telehealth as recommended.
• Communicate program updates to caregivers and team.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed.
• Coordinate with technicians, caregivers, and other providers.
• Prepare six-month authorization reports and other documentation.
• Track weekly patient progress and share updates in meetings.
• Create progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments with support.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant administrative records.
