Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years, and to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.

You will assess client needs, develop individualized behavior programs, and ensure high-quality delivery of therapy across center and community settings.

This role emphasizes collaboration with a large team, caregiver training, and data-driven progress monitoring within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree
• Experience working with children of varying abilities
• Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA
• Experience in managing/supervising others
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming to children aged 18 months–12 years.
• Conduct assessments for clients’ needs.
• Develop tailored ABA programming.
• Practice excellent time management of service deliverables.
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Provide caregiver training.
• Deliver in-home or community-based wrap-around services as needed.
• Collaborate with Parents/Guardians.
