Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Wisconsin seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will lead treatment teams, ensure evidence-based practices, and collaborate with families and providers to optimize outcomes.

You will oversee assessments, programming, progress monitoring, and insurance coordination while guiding staff training and maintaining standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of experience providing ABA services to children with autism in in-home and/or clinic settings.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and program modification.
• Provide parent training and care coordination with other providers and insurance authorization.
• Deliver clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and exit planning with parents and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on quality measures and standards of care.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to ensure high quality services and develop supervisees' skills.
