Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Kenosha, WI seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will ensure quality treatment, coordinate with families, and guide treatment planning.

You will supervise clinical staff, monitor progress, complete insurance-related forms, and collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes. This role is clinic-based in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) supervise center and home-based ABA programs.
• Must be a BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state requirements.
• Experience with applied behavior analysis and autism services.
• Ability to train and supervise clinical staff and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality with families.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams; complete administrative tasks.
