Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Wisconsin seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA programs for children with autism. You will supervise staff, develop treatment plans, monitor progress and train families to support ongoing progress.

You will collaborate with clinicians, ensure compliance with state and insurance guidelines, and use data-driven decisions to optimize client outcomes. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst credentials.
• At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services to children with autism in home and/or clinic settings.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and providing training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity and modality, in collaboration with parents and stake holders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on QET measures.
• Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks such as reports, insurance reviews, and forms to secure funding for client services and staff management.
